  • Booking information: travel dates, destinations, hotel preferences and flight details.

  • To process bookings, payments and confirmations.
  • To send travel-related updates, promotions and offers.
  • To improve our services and customer experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. Data sharing and disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We may share your data with airlines, hotels and travel partners to facilitate your bookings.
  • Payment processors, to complete transactions.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law.

4. Data security

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
  • However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

You can request to access, update or delete your personal information by contacting us.

Terms and conditions

1. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
  • All payments must be made in INR through authorised payment gateways or methods.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability and currency fluctuations.

2. Travel documents

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas and other travel documents.
  • Abram Holidays is not liable for any loss due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

3. Cancellations and modifications

  • 20 days or more before departure: full refund.
  • 10 days before departure: only 15% refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before departure.

4. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kottayam, Kerala.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before departure.
