Booking, plainly explained

No small print surprises. These are the terms that apply to every package we sell — the full versions live on our policies page.

Bookings are confirmed once we receive full or partial payment. Payments are made in INR through authorised payment gateways. Prices can move with availability and currency rates until the booking is confirmed.
  • 20 days or more before departure — full refund.
  • 10 days before departure — 15% refund.
  • Less than 10 days before departure — no refund.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any other travel documents — but our team walks you through exactly what each country on your itinerary needs, and checks it before departure.
Guided city tours covering the major attractions, accommodation in prime locations, daily breakfast with selected meals, all internal transfers and professional tour guides. Each package page lists exactly what its price covers.
